Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of food packaging products, returns are accepted only in specific circumstances.
We accept returns only if:
• The product is damaged during transit
• The wrong product was delivered
• The quantity delivered is incorrect
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
• Images of outer packaging
• Order number
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used packaging products
• Bulk orders confirmed and dispatched
• Customized or special-order products
• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Refunds
Once the return is approved:
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
In some cases, replacement may be offered instead of refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
